Each session wil last 2 hours evenings or weekends.
Sessions can be on any of three levels ie., technique, tactics or functional
training.
| TECHNIQUES: |
Heading, tackling, shooting, passing, dribbling and
ball control

| TACTICS: |
1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 3v2, 4v2, 6v4, and 8v8. Each configuration
can achieve soccer tactics.

| FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: |
Positional and functional training for a player within
the framework of them team applying tactics.
|
| GOALKEEPER TRAINING: |
Training will be instructed by our Goalkeeper Trainer
on all levels of basic, intermediate and advanced technique and functional
training will also apply. It is possible that the whole team may be
involved. |
